The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of x13apps and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including QR codes and any data encoded therein. We do not claim ownership over your content. Since all user content is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to or control over your content.
The Service may offer in-app purchases for premium features. All purchases are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions. All sales are final, and refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL X13APPS, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless x13apps and its licensees, employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
QR codes created with the Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by x13apps. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x13apps operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and x13apps regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
